Description

Sonny’s is another popular Irish — well, Boston — bar on Wilshire. If you’re trying to decide between going here and the O’Brien’s down the street, it’s going to be somewhat of a Hobson’s choice. Sonny’s will, however, have live Irish music throughout the day, and their cover is only $10, AND the cover doesn’t kick in until 2. The doors won’t open until 10 a.m., though, so if you chose O’Brien’s you’d already have been drinking for four hours. Also, they only serve beer and wine at Sonny's. You decide.
